I would just like to say what great service my family and I had from Hatton's last Sunday on a day trip to Llandudno. From start to finish we had personal attention from couriers on the feeder coach and the main coach. 'Tony really proved himself, particularly on the first day by managing to take more minor roads and therefore avoid the M6, which was gridlocked. Along with 2 of us he got soaked in a heavy downpour trying to find one of our members for departure from Wedgwood and had to sit in wet clothes for the rest of the journey, with no complaint. He was always on time and smiling at our pick-up points, so everyone was most impressed. He also managed the journey back very smoothly. Well done!'
